Do You Have Insurance?

Yes, we do. We are a professional cleaning Camden NW provider and as such we need to have a public liability cleaning liability insurance.

Do You Vet Your Cleaners?

Yes, we do. All the cleaning technicians we employ have been Police background checked and referred by other ex-employees or other people we can trust. All our staff has the legal right to work in the UK.

Do You Guarantee Your Services?

Yes, we do. We always try to deliver excellent quality for every penny we got paid. We have invested in expensive machinery and only use industry’s premium cleaning products.

Can I have the same cleaner if I like his work?

Yes, of course. If you are pleased with his/her performance he’ll be appointed to you for every other cleaning session you are to get from us.

Do I have to be present during the cleaning session?

No. As far as we have access to your property your presence is not required. You can leave your keys in our office, at the time of the appointment or we can send our employee to collect it prior to the cleaning session.

Am I required to provide any detergents or equipment?

Only when booking our one-off cleaning service ( we can bring our own too but we’ll charge extra for that). Providing cleaning supplies for all other service is something we do and it is included in the price.

How do I change or cancel my appointments?

Simply by calling us 48hrs antecedently.

Do you accept early bookings?

Yes, we do. You can book same day, same week or even a month ahead. Whenever you need us, we’ll be there to help!

Do you offer emergency and late night appointments?

Yes, we do. Based on our current availability, we can provide urgency cleaning one hour after you’ve requested our help. We also do late hour sessions but there’s an extra fee to be paid.

Do you require deposit?

No, we do not.

Do I have to pay in advance?

Not at all. You will have to pay only after the service you’ve booked had been successfully carried out.

Do you charge extra for parking?

If we have to pay some parking charges upon arrival, we will then include those in your final bill.

How long does it take for a carpet to dry after a steam cleaning treatment?

It usually takes between 4 or 5 hours for a two beds room carpet size to dry off. That is why we can provide a special air dryer that will accelerate the drying process and reduce it to 3 - 3.5 hours.

Do you offer outdoors cleaning services like gardening, patio cleaning etc.?

We do not offer gardening services, but we do have equipment capable of deep patio or driveway cleaning.
